How do I register?

1)    Click on Create an account today!
2)    Choose appropriate registration field
3)    Fill in your details
4)    An activation link will be sent to your email address
5)    Follow the prompt in your activation email to access the new site

How can I update my details?

You can modify your delivery address and contact information. Click on the My Account Icon (next to the shopping bag) in the top right hand corner of the home page to access your account information. Ensure you click Save after making any changes.

Please note – please refrain from entering a PO Box address as we are unable to deliver.

What payment methods do you accept?

Zinc Store accepts online payments using Visa or Mastercard. Alternatively, orders can be charged On Account for those dealers who have registered.

Credit card:
Zinc Store uses the latest industry encryption technology to protect your credit card details during an online transaction.   Your credit card will be charged when you place your order to ensure goods can be dispatched without delay. Credit card purchases will be displayed as Zinc Group Pty Ltd on your credit card statement.

On Account:
Dealers can apply for a 21 day trading account by emailing Customer Service at orders@zinc.com.au. Our customer service team will contact you once your account has been set up.

How do I login?

Enter your full email address and password and click on Login. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the Forgot Password link to have your password emailed to you. If you entered the incorrect password three times, your account will be locked out and you will need to contact the hotline to have your account reset.

Ordering
How can I obtain my tax invoice?

If you placed an order on the site and payment is confirmed, you will receive an email from Zinc finance containing your tax invoice. Should you require another copy or a statement, please email accounts.queries@zinc.com.au

I have not received an order confirmation or tax invoice to my email address?

Your order submission may not have been successful. You can check your order status under Order History, or alternatively contact the hotline on 1300 150 960 for assistance. Otherwise – your spam filter may be blocking our emails. Ensure to check your junk folder and or settings on your computer.

Where can I see my previous orders?

Click on the My Account Icon (next to the shopping bag) in the top right hand corner of the home page. Your Order History is displayed at the bottom of your account details where you can see details of each order by clicking on View.

How do I cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel an order after clicking Place Order, please contact orders@zinc.com.au ASAP. Zinc will endeavour to process your cancellation at no charge. However please note orders can only be cancelled if they have not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Can I leave things in my Shopping Cart?

Once you have added items to your shopping cart, they will remain in your cart for 24 hours, after which time they will automatically be removed and go back into available stock. If you wish to proceed with the order, ensure you proceed to the Checkout. To view or remove items from your Shopping Cart, go to the Checkout. To remove any items click on the Delete icon on the right hand side of the item description.

The product I’m after is out of stock

Should a product be temporarily out of stock Zinc will always endeavour to update the product description with the next expected replenishment date. If no information is provided, please contact the hotline or email orders@zinc.com.au

How do I place an order?
  1. Browse through categories or enter key words in search field.
  2. Select desired items by clicking on the image.
  3. Enter desired quantity and select Add to Cart
  4. Continue browsing or purchasing by select the Continue Shopping button (alternatively select Checkout and Place Order).
  5. Confirm your delivery address. Note that our system will always default to the address noted in your profile. Your delivery address can be edited in this screen. Select next.
  6. Select preferred payment option – On Account or Credit Card. 
    NB – On Account will only appear if your dealership has submitted a trading application. Please contact Zinc should this option not appear. 
    On Account – a purchase order number will be required to proceed to checkout.
    Credit Card – will be charged at time of order submission.
  7. Select Confirm Order – this will complete your transaction. A confirmation screen will display your order ID. For Credit Card purchases, a copy of your tax invoice will be sent directly to your email address provided in your account profile. For On Account purchases, and order confirmation email will be sent to your email address provided in your account profile. A tax invoice will follow within 48 hours.

Delivery
How much is delivery?

Delivery is $15 for all orders under $250 ex GST.  For orders in excess of $250 ex GST, delivery is free.

How long will my order take to arrive?

The estimated* delivery transit time will depend on the delivery location:
All orders are dispatched ex Melbourne.

Melbourne Metro next business day
VIC / Sydney / Adelaide 1-2 business days
Hobart / Brisbane 2 business days
NSW / SA / ACT 2 - 3 business days
QLD / WA / NT 5 - 7 business days


 Deliveries are shipped via Toll Ipec – standard road freight.


*Please note: Zinc are unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery times due to inconsistent courier standards across the country. We work with our courier services to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Can I track my delivery?

If your order was placed via this website as soon as your order is dispatched you will be notified by email with the consignment number. Your dispatch notification will also contain a link to our live order tracking system. Enter your consignment number to bring up to date tracking details including dispatch date, delivery ETA or delivery confirmation.

To obtain a ‘Proof of delivery’ you will need to email Zinc: orders@zinc.com.au

Can I get my order delivered to a home or to my PO Box?

Business addresses are preferred but we understand you may be working from home due to COVID-19, therefore delivery to a residential address during this time is accepted. We are unable to deliver to a PO Box as the majority of orders will require a signature on delivery.

Urgent Deliveries

For any urgent deliveries, please contact Zinc as soon as possible. Zinc will confirm a quote & lead time for any urgent requests. Additional charges for same day couriers, Overnight freight or Air freight will apply.

Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

No. We’re unfortunately unable to allow collections from our warehouse. Our warehouse operates with a highly automated dispatch system which allows us to process orders quickly and efficiently. Allowing pick ups would disrupt this process.

Returns
I have received incorrect/damaged stock

If you have received the incorrect item or damaged stock, please email orders@zinc.com.au within 21 days of receiving your order. A ‘RA’ – returns authorisation number will be issued so goods can be returned. Zinc will exchange incorrect items or replace damaged / faulty stock at our cost.

I have changed my mind or my size doesn’t fit

Should you wish to exchange the item for an alternative size or colour, please contact the Merchandise hotline on 1300 150 960 or +61 8807 2412. Upon exchange approval, you will be required to enclose with your goods a postage-paid, self-addressed bag (Australian residents only).  Please note: all postage costs will be covered by the customer. If the same item is no longer available, a refund will be provided crediting your original method of payment.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for international customers, however, we will gladly refund your purchase to your original method of payment provided all of the Refund Policy conditions are met.

Please ensure your order #, name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated and send to the address below using Australia Post eparcel (not Express Post).

Does Zinc offer any exclusive merchandise offerings?

Twice a year, Zinc will offer a range of new or seasonal merchandise items. The exclusive offerings can be accessed via the homepage – select category ‘Group Buy’. 
Minimum order quantities will apply across the business, in order for the item to proceed to production. 
Products are made to order, therefore longer lead times will apply. (Anywhere from 3 to 12 weeks, depending on the product). 

The Group Buy offering is usually open for a 2 week period. Dealers will be notified should an item not meet production minimums.

How do I give feedback?

Zinc absolutely encourages and appreciates any feedback – whether it’s in relation to the product range, our services or our website. To give your feedback, please email orders@zinc.com.au or alternatively contact our hotline – we’ll be more than happy to have a chat!
